Welcome to Rudden Counseling Services, LLC. I serve clients in the northern metro suburbs of Denver. I am also able to see clients anywhere in Colorado via telehealth. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and their families to create health in relationship, which creates strength to face challenges together. My approach incorporates how family dynamics impact the overall psychological health of children and their parents which is highlighted alongside assessment and diagnosis of mental health diagnosis/concerns. It is important to my work that both parents and children feel empowered to tackle concerns through psycho education of diagnosis, coping skills, and healthy expression of emotions and needs.
It is important that both children and their families have a voice when it comes to their treatment. To encourage this dynamic I focus on serving clients through a multi-modal approach which includes incorporates numerous mental health therapies and techniques including:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Child-Parent Psychotherapy, Art Therapy, Dance/Movement Therapy, Attachment Based Psychotherapy, Family Systems Therapy, Play Therapy, and Sand Tray Therapy.
I look forward to working alongside you and your family to create sustainable outcomes and long lasting health in relationships.
